Shipping & Returns Policy (India)

At Root Labs, we're dedicated to making your ordering experience as smooth as possible. We partner with DTDC and other trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our shipping policy.

Shipping Rates Within India

         

  • COD only available on orders between ₹649 - ₹2,499.
  • Certain remote areas may take longer. Due to the rainy season or seasonal challenges, deliveries may be delayed.

 

Timing 

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Your order will be processed in 24-48 hours after the confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • You can also check the status of your order on our website in the 'My Account' section.

 

Unforeseen Delays

Please keep in mind that during sales or peak seasons and public holidays, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Your patience is truly appreciated during these times. For assistance, contact us at support@rootlabs.co.in

In the rare instance that your order doesn't reach you within 10 business days, we kindly ask you to reach out to us at support@rootlabs.co.in (10 am to 6 pm IST Mon-Fri). We will promptly look into the matter and ensure you're kept up-to-date. Your satisfaction is our priority.
