Cancellations, Returns, and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via support@rootlabs.co.in.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns & Refunds

At Root Labs, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We regret to inform you that we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on our products at this time. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders or modify addresses.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@rootlabs.co.in or WhatsApp us on +918011111156 with your order number and an unboxing video of the order or a photo of the item's condition.

Please note that all orders are Final Sale during sales on our site, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, replacements, returns or exchanges unless damaged (and notified within 24 hours of receiving the order). If you placed an order before a sale went live, we cannot cancel, modify, or price match it to the sale price.
